RasGuard app instantly shares your current location to people of your own choice. This location intended as a Panic Location, albeit one may share it for other purposes. To be able to be shared, these people should have RasGuard app in their own iOS device as well.
Panic Circle is a group of people that you trust (i.e. your family members, spouse, friends, neighbours, colleagues, and/or others). Once you download RasGuard app then you can add one or more people to be in your Panic Circle if he/she already downloaded RasGuard app. If they didn’t yet, you can invite them to download it.
All person in your Panic Circle will get your alert notification and will be able to see the location of your panic history on RasGuard maps. They might come to your location and be able to provide for further assistance.
From Panic Circle menu you can easily add any person from your contact list. Should he/she already downloaded RasGuard app, all you need to do is just
click the Add button.
You can also invite others to download RasGuard via SMS, email and/or social network app effortlessly.

You need to enter your phone number and email address correctly to be able to add panic circle from your contact list.
If you happened to put the wrong phone number and/or email address, your contact list can not identify you. If this the case then we suggest you go to More
button menu > Delete My Account and start the Sign Up process once again.
At any given time you are able to delete and add any person from your Panic Circle. You can also reject any invitation if you choose to do so.
It’s easy, just push the big letter P on RasGuard app.
We strongly suggest you only use Panic button and send alert notification if you are really in an emergency condition, or in a threatening situation or being threatened
by or facing a crime, or having or near an accident, or in a force majeure situation, and/or in need of help or assistance.
Your alert notification will be shared to all Panic Circle members.
Yes, definitely you can. Every time you push the Panic button, it will pinpoint at your current exact location on the maps. A picture will automatically
be taken by either rear or front camera (you can choose which in the Setting menu) as well. This picture will also be put in the maps.
You can see all this (both track history and picture) by tapping any Panic history.
Please note that this app includes features that require persistent use of real-time location updates while the app is in the background. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
Yes, both track history and picture of your Panic Circle can also be seen. All you need to do is tapping whomever in Panic Circle that you want to see.
RasGuard save and restore Panic history for 1 month. After that, Panic history will be deleted permanently from RasGuard server.

You can still send Panic alert notification, yet it will be sent via SMS to your Panic Circle. However, carrier/operator SMS normal fare will be charged accordingly.
The SMS will contain the last geolocation that is detected when user can still have access with internet connection (see details in the picture below).
If you’ve changed your mobile phone number, need not to worry. Enter the new phone number into RasGuard app and we’ll send a new verification code via SMS to your mobile phone that you can enter into designated entry area. After that, you can use your RasGuard app again.
We suggest you to activate RasGuard in other device immediately, to prevent irresponsible action by whoever possess your lost phone. You can easily do this by re-download RasGuard app again and sign in, then we’ll send a new verification code via SMS to your mobile phone that you can enter into designated entry area. After that, you can use your RasGuard app again.
RasGuard app is available in almost all country globally. So we are confident that you can use it wherever you go (please do check our list of Apple App Store territories worldwide https://www.apple.com/choose-your-country/). And we need to remind you that in case of no internet coverage available, you need to bare roaming SMS fare at your own perusal.
We will include this feature in our future update. Right now we are striving hard to make it happen, to make you feel a lot safer. In the future we hope we can include several official accounts that may include Police Department, Fire Brigade, Search And Rescue, Hospital and/or Ambulances to name a few.
